What is Boss Defrost?

Boss Defrost’s powerful circulating pump combines water agitation and a high flow rate to help cooks achieve defrosting results while keeping an eye on water efficiency.

Boss Defrost mimics the USDA’s running water method (also called “slacking”) to safely thaw frozen food but reduces water use by 98.5%.
